Most digital services are eligible for a full refund if requested within 24 hours of purchase, provided the work has not yet begun. Once work has commenced on your order, refunds may be partial or unavailable depending on the progress made.

The following services are non-refundable once purchased:
- Custom design services after initial concepts have been delivered
- Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed
- Services marked as "non-refundable" at the time of purchase
- Monthly subscription services after the billing cycle has started
- Services where work has already begun (partial refunds may be considered)
Refund Timelines
Refund processing times vary depending on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- UPI Payments: 3-5 business days
- Net Banking: 5-7 business days
- Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days
Note: The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Processing times are estimates and may vary based on your financial institution.
